Get your half-hourly usage from Synergy
Three steps. Takes about a minute.
⚠️ You need a Synergy Advanced Meter first. Half-hourly data is only available if you have one installed. If your home still has a legacy accumulation meter, you won't see the interval view in My Account. Check your meter type and request an upgrade here:

You also need at least 365 days of half-hourly data on your account before you can use this tool. If your meter was installed less than a year ago, wait until you have a full year of readings before coming back.

Before you start: log in to
synergy.net.au
with your My Account credentials. You'll need at least 12 months of usage history
on your account to get meaningful results.
1 Go to your usage dashboard
From your My Account homepage, click the usage or energy-use tile to open the detailed usage view.
2 Switch to half-hourly view and pick the date range
Change the view to half-hourly (sometimes called "interval" or "30 min") and select the full 12+ month window you want to analyse.
3 Export as CSV
Use the export / download option and choose CSV. Save the file — that's what you'll upload on the analysis page.
